Maryanne lead workshops in organizations and coaches individuals.  She helps people to build competencies in conversational, emotional and relational area. Her key programs include Breakthrough Results for Leaders and Emotional Intelligence.  Maryanne’s passion is developing programs to provide people with the tools to flourish in their professional and personal lives.

She is a formally trained leadership coach from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, and certified by Priority Management Systems to deliver the full curriculum of Working Smart – a global solution to setting priorities, communicating effectively and increasing productivity.  She also holds several certifications in assessment tools by leading global providers.

Maryanne spent seven years as a consultant for Omega Performance, an international performance management company, and has specific experience in getting results through improving the performance of people. She has successfully worked with senior management to drive and sustain the necessary activities, skills and behaviors to get results.

Maryanne has owned a successful small business, held leadership roles in financial services as a commercial banker and manager. She has led projects and rolled out initiatives on a national scale, and worked to impact performance in hundreds of organizations.  Maryanne has extensive experience as a productivity consultant, and worked with leaders to improve work flow and communication with others on their team.

Maryanne earned a Master in Business Administration from the University of Louisville, a B.A. from Furman University, and a doctorate in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University. She is a PCC certified coach by the International Coach Federation. Maryanne has written two books: Productivity Power (2007) and the Etiquette Edge-Create Powerful Results (2004) and looks forward to publishing her third book on Compassionate Leadership.
